Sam Rosenstiel, Editor-in-Chief

Editor-in-Chief Sam Rosenstiel is a senior journalism major. He has served as Northerner news editor, copy editor and staff reporter. His articles and videos have run in USA Today, The Cincinnati Enquirer and WCPO. He has covered Cincinnati’s homeless crisis, city, county and national politics, transportation and law. For The Northerner, he covers breaking news, state government and university administration. In 2018, Rosenstiel won a national College Media Association Pinnacle Award with former Editor-in-Chief Mackenzie Manley for their exposé on sexual misconduct in NKU’s School of the Arts. He loves black coffee, his golden retriever and chasing leads.
