The Northerner

Andrea Carter

Andrea Carter is a junior with a double major in journalism and sociology and a minor in popular culture. She has been a staff writer for The Northerner since August of 2014, covering mostly student news and organizations as well as campus events. Currently, she works as the Copy Editor for the publication, which is an opportunity that she credits to twice participating in the Digital Journalism Workshop at NKU. Her interests include photography, reading, hiking and traveling. Having traveling to Greece, her first international trip, in the summer of 2015, she already has planned her next summer adventure to Thailand.
