Name: Lura Becker

Position: Reporter

Bio: Lura is a new member of the Northerner, joining over the summer as a News Reporter. She is a Junior Journalism major with a minor in ASL, which she hopes to become fluent in. She enjoys telling NKU about news that has happened on campus or is about to happen. She is also an officer in the ASL Club, where she loves connecting with other students who are interested in ASL. Lura hopes to become a News Reporter or Editor when she graduates, starting with local new,s then moving around to share stories around the U.S.A. Outside of NKU, Lura loves listening to K-POP. She enjoys many groups but listens to mainly BTS, IVE and Kep1er.
