Monday, Nov. 3
Men’s basketball won big against UC Clermont, 126-69. Kael Robinson led all scorers with 22 points, going 9-10 from the field and 4-5 from three. Dan Gherezgher scored 18 points, grabbing six rebounds as he went 7-10 from the floor. LJ Wells had a double-double, finishing with 14 points and 10 rebounds. Donovan Oday scored 15 points, grabbed six boards, and also recorded five steals. Tae Dozier scored 15 points, going 7-10 from the floor with four rebounds and four assists.
Tuesday, Nov. 4
Men’s soccer ended its regular season with a 2-0 loss to Purdue Fort Wayne. Northern Kentucky lost the shot battle 11-13, but won the shot on goal battle 5-3. NKU won the corner kick battle 6-1. Norse keeper Alex Kron made one save in the match. Bennett Gerak was the Norse shot leader with three attempts.
Thursday, Nov. 6
Women’s soccer ends their season in a loss to Green Bay in the Horizon League Semifinals. Erykah Cornett scored the lone goal for the Norse in the 33rd minute, heading in a ball off a corner kick. Lilly Yordy and Sophia Kapszukiewicz earned assists on the play. NKU outshot the Phoenix 17-14 and 9-7 on goal. Norse keeper Megan Gessner made five saves in the match. Yordy was NKU’s shot leader, with five total and three on goal.
Women’s basketball lost their season opener to Marshall 68-53. Taysha Rushton led Northern Kentucky with 11 points and three made three-pointers. Maddie Moody was the third leading scorer for the Norse with nine, and Mia Jordan reached double figures in scoring off the bench with ten.

Women’s volleyball wins ten straight with a 3-1 win against Oakland. NKU hit .268 as a team, and limited the Golden Grizzlies to a .146 hitting percentage. The Norse recorded 11 blocks and outperformed Oakland in every major stat except aces. Five players recorded eight or more kills. Sydney Bray led the Norse with 14 kills, but also had 19 digs and three blocks. Allison Risley also had a double-double, going for 13 kills and 17 digs. Lucy Cluxton led NKU with 22 digs. Ava Hoying went for 13 kills and six digs.
Saturday, Nov. 8
Women’s volleyball claimed the regular-season title with their 3-0 win over Oakland. NKU led in every major statistical category, including aces, 8-4, hitting percentage, .243-.187 and kills, 50-42. Allison Risley led NKU with 16 kills on a .308 hitting percentage and posted 14 digs. Sydney Bray had ten kills with 14 digs and two blocks. Ava Hoying went for nine kills and four aces.
Women’s Triathlon competed in the National Championships, placing 14th among NCAA D1 programs. Alisha Detmer finished in 122nd with an overall time of 1:16:34, completing the swim in 13:51, bike in 41:24 and the run in 19:32. Maddux Bigam finished in 171st with an overall time of 1:27:10, completing the swim in 17:42, bike in 43:55 and the run in 23:37.
Men’s basketball lost to the No. 18-ranked Tennessee Volunteers 95-56. Kael Robinson led NKU with a 14-point, eight-rebound performance. Donovan Oday also had 14 points for the Norse, going 6-10 from the field and finishing with two rebounds, a steal, and an assist.

Men’s and women’s swimming competed in a meet against IU-Indy.

Sunday, Nov.8
Women’s basketball took on the No. 20-ranked Louisville Cardinals, losing 89-61. Kamora Morgan had 13 points, three rebounds and three assists. Maddie Moody finished the game with 11 points and three rebounds, shooting 4-7 from the field. The game came down to the fourth quarter, where U of L went on a 20-0 run to push the game away from the Norse.

- Women’s volleyball will play against IU-Indy in Indianapolis, Ind., at 2 p.m.

- Men’s basketball will take on the University of the Cumberlands (Ky.) at home at 1 p.m.
- Women’s basketball will remain on the road to take on Butler in Indianapolis, Ind. at 5 p.m.
