The NKU volleyball team will play its final game of the season Saturday against UIC. UIC is 16-13 on the season, but is just 4-11 in conference play. The Norse are 16-10 on the season with a 10-5 record in conference.

The Norse will look to close out the season on a four game win streak, after defeating Green Bay, Milwaukee, and Youngstown State.

In the most recent win against Youngstown State, the Norse beat the Penguins 3-1. Keely Creamer recorded 16 kills in the match, while Laura Crawford and Haley Libs followed with 14 and 12 kills respectively.

UIC is lead by Kelsie Groot, who leads the league with 3.77 kills per set and Alyssa Ehrhardt who is fourth in the league with 3.48 kills per set this season. The Flames only block 2.02 balls per set, which is near the bottom of the league rankings.

The Norse are locked into the fourth seed in the Horizon League tournament win or lose Saturday. UIC has been mathematically eliminated from tournament play.

The Norse begin their pursuit on a Horizon League Championship on Friday Nov. 18th in Cleveland.
