Defender Calvin Murphy prepares to pass against EIU. The two teams tied 1-1 in double overtime

The NKU men’s soccer team will be traveling to Rochester, Michigan to play the Oakland University Golden Grizzlies at 7 p.m. The Norse are still in search of their first win of the regular season.

The game, which will be aired on ESPN3, is the Horizon League opener for the Norse. The Norse have been on the losing end of their last three games, showing very little in the way of offensive production.

The Norse lost to Depaul University 4-1 last time they played. Calvin Murphy scored the only goal of the game for the Norse, while goalkeeper Jared Leyland gave up all four goals and only saved two shots.
