118,000 is the number of votes that President Bush won Ohio by in the 2004 elections, just a fraction of the state’s 4.6 million total votes cast.

51.5 percent of Ohio voters are estimated to vote for Obama, according to those polled by the University of Cincinnati’s Institute for Policy Research Nov. 3.

0 is the number of elections won by a Republican without Ohio’s vote.
