The weird Officers in Port St. Lucie, Fla., arrested a drunken college student who was driving around the police parking lot, wftv.com reported Jan. 25. He was apprehended after allegedly almost hitting an officer. Police said that the student said he was trying to turn in a paper, and thought he was at the Indian River Community College.
