46.2 is the average number of hours Americans work each week, which is more than Italians (41.1 hours), the British (40.8 hours) and Germans (40.6 hours).

28 fewer minutes are spent in the workplace each day by someone with at least a bachelor’s degree than someone who only has a high school diploma.
