Falling in love isn’t easy, especially when you fall in love with the porn star next door.

Hirsch, a newcomer to acting, plays Matthew Kidman, a straight-laced high school senior on his way to Georgetown University.

Even though he is one of the top students in his class and the student council president, Matthew isn’t very popular with his classmates.

Especially the ladies.

All this changes when a beautiful girl, Danielle (Elisha Cuthbert) moves in next door.

After an extremely revealing first encounter, the two strike up a friendship that predictably turns into romance.

For the first time in his life, Matthew is taking risks and loving every minute of it.
