Hixson ticket lacks diversity

Dear Editor,

I am writing this letter in response to the article “SGA race takes off” (March 24 issue, front page).

Andy Hixson talks about diversity, which is one of the core values of NKU, both in his interview and his platform.

I don’t know what type of diversity he is talking about.

He does not show any interest in the international students who play a major role in multiculturalism on campus.

On the other hand, the Fegan-Pollitt team clearly states that they are in favor of international scholarships and more resources for minorities.

This is the first step in the right direction and Andy Hixson refuses to take it.
