Northern Kentucky University’s Volleyball Team has once again proven that they have what it takes to win the Great Lakes Valley Conference championship.
The Norse played Bellarmine Nov. 4 and posted a three-set victory over their visiting opponents, 25-14, 25-18, and 25-20.
Senior Kristina Eisenmenger lead the Norse with 13 kills during the three set match-up. Freshman outside hitter Noelle Peterson had 11 kills and one ace while Kim Nemcek had 10 kills and seven digs.
Junior server Megan Dooley had actwoes in the game while her teammates senior Natalie Forbes had 39 assists and sophomore libro Chelsea Clark had 10 digs.
NKU will end their regular season this weekend taking on Wisconsin-Parkside Nov. 7 at 7 p.m. and Lewis Nov. 8 at 2 p.m. NKU will honor it’s four seniors, Natalie Forbes, Kristina Eisenmenger, Kelsey Wesaw, and Katie Latenser, before the match-up with Wisconsin-Parkside Nov. 7.
