Quiet the crazies on campus

It happens every semester: an outrageously-dressed person shows up in front of the University Center and begins spouting preachings that are almost always debatable. Some students gather around him (I have never once seen a female speaker) to listen and argue the validity of what the speaker has to say, and things get dangerously close to getting out of hand.

Whether it is the taxes that have to come out of our paychecks, the school grants or loans we receive, it all comes down to politics. It is hard to not get involved in something that is not affected by politics.

One thing that makes NKU unique is that most of the students work to pay for some of their college experience. According to NKU President James Votruba, 85 percent of NKU students work at least 20 hours a week. Some work at a part-time job as a way to get through school, and others work full-time at jobs that give them experience and a step forward in their careers.

When I take a nap I like to be comfortable. I like to sprawl out on my bed or on any given couch. But when I am on campus I do noy have bed and I do not have my couch. So the question arises, where on campus is the best place to take a nap?

I am going to be going over the best places to take a quick nap in between classes or if you are just too tired to head back home.
